On Friday 7 August, The Priory and BODEGA are throwing one night over to Catalonia under the stretch tent on the lawn. Five wines alongside a bespoke feasting menu with a lamb turned on the asado cross over open fire.
The wines are the reason to book early. BODEGA has pulled a flight from small Catalan growers: Raventós i Blanc, De Nit from Conca del Riu Anoia to open, Gallina de Piel's Ikigall from Penedès, and three bottles from Can Sumoi, made high in the Montmell mountains on native grapes with almost no intervention, including a Garnatxa and an ancestral fizz.
Friday 7 August from 6pm.
£95 per person including full menu and all five wines.
A vegetarian main course is available if you let us know when you book.
